Well, it is clear you just

have *too many* horses, though I did move Duplicate Copy off his 10 day schedule, again, so

he could have the experience of visiting the sands of Dubai.

Did you ever see an unhappy horse? Did you ever see bird that had the blues? One reason why birds and horses are not unhappy is because they are not trying to impress other birds and horses.

Yeah, you can only ship to

Dubai from England ($3,600) or Santa Anita ($8,400).  Plus whatever fees to get to

England or Santa Anita to begin with.  ;)

 Yeah, i'm not quite done

entering yet, just put Strider in the World Cup, nice drop of 300k for just that one race.

Hope he pays me back!

 My entries cost around

$800,000 I think. I should hopefully get most of that back. Looking at the competition

I'm not overly confident about getting any certain winners... :)

 Wow, that's saying

something if even Jason isn't swearing up and down he'll win them all :)  I've only got

one or two shipping over so we'll see.  Not expecting anything major, but I'm hoping for a

nice surprise.

 Same up here... the

scorching desert will be a nice change considering the dismal weather, though not to my bank

account... ;) Seems to be the general consensus...Hoping for a nice surprise as well; Even if

we didn't do well in the SAE if Major would just grab *one* more stakes we'd be elated...

Fingers and Hooves crossed...

Yeah, I stuck As You Wish

and Orion's Bell on a plane for Dubai.  OB is going for the big one and I decided I had to

stop being wussy about As You Wish and give him a big test.  His performance in the Fountain

of Youth has me worried, but I think it might have been a fluke.  Hope to see him in the top

3.

Good luck to everyone who's not in one of my races ;)

 Yep same here...good

luck...I hope The Black babies will have a little edge coming from their father.  He was from

the desert, right??

 Oh Shanthi, I'm pretty sure

you can ship from Aussie too. I know a couple of horses are going over... Mainly Evestroem in

the Duty Free.

Well... Not long to go. Only four days! Exciting stuff. :D

I've got a

few running...

Gotta Go is going to hit up the

Godolphin Mile. Should be interesting. He own a stakes over 8F

as a 2YO.

Mocashment is in the UAE

Derby
. Not sure how he'll do. The 9F is a bit of a concern, but he did win a

stakes over 8F as a 2YO.

Irish Flyer is in the

Dubai Sheema Classic. Distance is a bit of a concern, but he is

bred really nicely.

No Comment is in the Dubai

Golden Shaheen
. Was originally going to run in the Victoria Racing Club

Stakes, but I swapped him with Barchetta. The extra rest should do him well and he's pretty

competitive in sprints.

Witness is taking on familiar

competition in the Dubai Duty Free. He should place at worst.

Probably my strongest chance for a victory at Dubai. He's pulled up well from the Cox Plate,

but I think the winner will be Ring Of Fire, 9F seems primo for

him.

American Starz is in the Dubai Duty

Free
also. I expect him to run top four, he's also pulled up well from his

second in the Cox Plate and should be running on well.

Sudden

Death
is contesting the Dubai World Cup. My

consistent loser has been going really well this year consistency wise so I'm expecting a

big showing. Plus, he's had a nice long rest and looks top notch.

Other runners on the

day include...

Clendon Park and Perchance To

Dream
in the Next Move Handicap. Race looks made

for Clendon so far so that's nice, I think 8F is her pet distance. Perchance will be having

her last start after a nice win in a stakes last week.

In The

Know
is taking on Black Magick, Long Shot and co. in the Distaff

Breeders' Cup Handicap
. She should do well, two time GI winner at

8F.

Approaching Fires is making her stakes debut in the

Orchid Handicap. She's been running awesome this year, but

she's taking a big step up in class against a couple of top mares.

Good luck everyone!
