Cute filly :) For a name, here are some suggestions based off her dam's name.

Atropos - a Greek fate that the Nightshade plant was named after.

Devil's Cherry - nickname for the Nightshade plant

Beautiful Poison or Sweet Poison

in Europe there is Woody Nightshade (climbing plant w/red flowers & purple berries) its name is the S. dulcamara. So Dulcamara might be a cool name. In German its called Nachtschatten.

If it was a boy I would say Knight Strider (or you could loose the K).
 Shady Strider, Seeing Shades, Colorwheel,
Belladonna (Deadly Nightshade) Found out this ones taken
the mandrake is in the family of the Nighshade and its name is Mandragora is you are a HP fan.
Solanaceae is the family name.

Hope you have luck in finding the perfect name!
