Also Rans:
Ch. Puede Que Haya (4yo, Monarchos) 7th in the Busanda Stakes (Ungr.)

Finally finishing off January, and thankfully on a high note with our first stakes win!

Wins:
Patrick (5yo, Yes It's Paddy) in a Starter Allowance
Ch. At Last Light (5yo, Lasting Spirit) in the Santa Monica Handicap (Gr. 1) - Super excited to have purchased this guy from the Coleman Branch auction because, fun fact, I played FF another time for a bit back in high school and he's one of the foals I bred. I don't think I was ever super active though so when college came around I lost track of FF, but now that I'm done with school I'm so happy to be back :) I'm really looking forward to how this guy will run going forward!

Places:
Odd Light (4yo, Latino Mix) in a Starter Allowance

Fourths:
Coastal Cake (3yo, French Ruby) in a NW2 Allowance
Difficult News (4yo, Aptitude) in a NW3 Allowance

Also Rans:
Kicked to the Curb (4yo, Gotta Go) 11th in an Allowance
Swish (3yo, Drum Major) 7th in a NW3 Allowance

I didn't get a chance to enter many for this raceday. Our finish percentages are pretty even (16, 16, 15, 14) but considering our overall win percentage over the years is 30%, this feels pretty dismal. Hopefully we can make a turnaround before those unpredictable 2YOs come out to try their luck!

Places:
March On (4yo, Strider) in a NW2 Allowance

Shows:
Candid Star (4yo, Candidate) in a NW2 Allowance

Also Rans:
Madd About You (5yo, Express Yourself) 6th in the Busanda Stakes (Ungr.) ;)

Still no wins. Either I'm horrible at picking them or horrible at managing them, but at least most everyone came home with something.

Could be worse, but definitely could be better.

5(1)-0-0-2-2 $19,850

Shows:
Wedding Chorale (5yo, Black Warrior) in an Allowance
In Omnia Paratus (3yo, Chivalry) in a maiden

Fourths:
Santero (4yo, Eighteen Karat) in a NW2 Allowance
Lysander (3yo, Take Me Away) in a NW3 Allowance

Fifths:
Louboutin (3yo, I'm No Fool) in the Sunshine Millions Oaks (Gr. 1). Shelbie convinced me to keep her in this race. Damnit lolol I made an oops with her a few weeks ago and shipped her to Aqueduct by road when I meant to ship another horse. STUPID. Should have waited but I guess 5th isn't terrible considering she only trained for a few days after being off for like a week and a half.

I am also one of those young people who left due to school/life reasons but couldn't stay away and came back. You've got a wonderful game and community here, Shanthi!
