Newbie here

Hi, I'm Vivienne! I just got started. So far, things have been a little confusing for the last half hour but, hey I'm getting there...I think.
Any tips you all have for me? I'm thinking about putting my horses in maiden races on the 30th. What do you think? I've got their training schedules set up and hopefully they won't get injured before their first race  :D

Hey! Welcome to the game :D

I would definitely stick to maidens or NW1 for the first races because the others will have tougher competition. Good luck!

Welcome to the game! Definitely stick to cheaper and easier races till you know what your ponies do and don't like. I would suggest keeping records on how your horses are doing if you have time. (I track things like finish times, track conditions, etc.) And when in doubt, read through the FAQ or search the forums here. Both are a wealth of information.

Welcome to FF! Also echoing in keeping to Maiden/NW1 races where fields will be softer (and sometimes smaller!).
